STEP 1

The Quote

Fill out the online quote form so that we can place you in the queue. If this is a reorder refer to your last order and give us a call 615-513-2688.

STEP 2

The Order

When all the details are worked out, we will confirm your request and send your quote. Once payment is made we will immediately place your order.

NOTE: We will not begin working on your order/design until you have committed full-payment to place the order. 

STEP 3

Artwork & Approval

At this point we will begin to design your artwork and process your order with the information provided. You will receive a proof concept to approve and an invoice for payment. Carefully examine and approve the artwork and placement of the art on the apparel.

STEP 4

Production

When we get your approval and payment, the artwork and apparel products will be ordered. Production printing will begin once all products are in-house.

You will be notified:

• When products are ordered
• When products are in-house
• When production starts and is completed

Once the production is done, we will call to let you know. You can then make arrangements to pick-up order, if we are shipping products will be sent on its way.
