Live Event Printing on Demand can help create a unique interactive experience at your events.

We can employ several print options to fit any budget & event. Our Live Event Printing with Heat-applied Screen Print Transfers, Full-Color DTF Transfers or Emblems & Patches for caps, will create the perfect swag/merch gifts for your planned marketing event.

We have been doing mobile printing for 15 years with our Onsite Mobile Gameday Print Trailer for leagues and schools and now we are offering this same great service to corporate events, conferences, grand openings, parties, family reunions & more!

Packages include:

2-8 hour package options for onsite Live Event Printing.
1 hr. set-up and 1 hr. for breakdown

Design creation can be up to two [1Color/2Color or Full color] custom printable design options

Live Event Printing Requirements:

  • Minimum Space of 12 x 12 ft. area to set up tables and presses
  • Lighting so we can see what we're doing
  • A dry area if rain is in the forecast
  • Access to Electricity or the use of a generator


Setup Fee: Flat fee. Includes setup and teardown time based on size of event.

Hourly Printing Fee: We don't believe in one size fits all so we offer services based on your need depending on how many members of our print team are needed, how long and when and we print for the entire time booked.

Setup and teardown times are covered by the setup fee and are separate from hourly printing.

The output is approximately 50-75 shirts per hour.

Pre-Printing: Pre-printing is a great way to avoid delays and long lines. We can print any number of garments prior to the event and print the remainder during the Live Event Printing

* For our planning purposes, please note that a deposit or total payment is required to reserve your date.

Final artwork is required at least 15-20 business days prior to the event, to begin our production processes, emblems & patches require 30 business days.
